I've been going to the gym for a few years now so I thought it was time to show you what I tend to wear (minus the hair and make up obviously). I like to wear bright colours to the gym and what I have found works best for me and my pale skin are colours such as blue, purple, black, white and grey as they don't wash me out. If you have more tanned skin, lucky you, you can wear whatever you like! All of my gym clothing tends to be from Lorna Jane since it's really great quality which is important since they are washed after every gym session. Other great brands for workout wear are, apart from the obvious Nike, Adidas and New Balance, brands like Running Bare and Stylerunner
